Taking Time, to Cool and Heat Your AIR
Terms and Conditions
By approving Cool Time Heating and Air HVAC Services, the customer authorizes Cool Time Heating & Air LLC to perform the services, repairs, maintenance, or installation described in the approved estimate or work order.
Payment: Payment is due according to the terms stated on the estimate or invoice. Any additional work or materials not included in the original estimate will be discussed with the customer and may result in additional charges.
Service & Repairs: Cool Time Heating & Air LLC will perform all work in a professional manner using reasonable care and industry-standard practices. While every effort will be made to properly diagnose and repair the HVAC system, additional problems may be discovered once work begins.
Parts & Equipment: Parts, materials, and equipment are subject to manufacturer availability. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Customer Responsibilities: The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment and work areas. The customer should disclose any known conditions that may affect the performance or safety of the work.
Existing Conditions: Cool Time Heating & Air LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed equipment, concealed defects, electrical or structural problems, or other conditions outside the scope of the authorized HVAC work.
Scheduling: Service times are scheduled in good faith but may be affected by weather, emergencies, equipment availability, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellations: Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Service-call, diagnostic, or cancellation fees may apply when disclosed to the customer.
Completion & Acceptance: Upon completion, the customer agrees to inspect the work when reasonably possible and promptly notify Cool Time Heating & Air LLC of any concerns.
By accepting an estimate, authorizing service, or signing a work order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
